"Artists’ Breath”

This is an Instagram project called "Artists' Breath" directed by Furamu Kitagawa. This is a valuable archive for artists, architects, and art festival officials to share what they thought and how they spent their time in this pandemic, and to look back on the pandemic. A writer involved in the art festival creates and posts a video of less than 2 minutes. You can watch my video directly below "Go to Artists' Breath".

北川フラムさんによるInstagramの企画「Artists’ Breath」に参加し、これはアーティスト、建築家、芸術祭関係者が、このパンデミック禍で何を考え、どのように過ごしてきたかをシェアし、パンデミックを振り返るための貴重なアーカイブを目指したものである。国内外の芸術祭に関わる作家が、2分未満の動画を作成して投稿している。（以下、"Artists' Breath" Vol.190より）

 

またこの動画は、４月３日より市原湖畔美術館で開催される「Artists’ Breath―コロナ禍の中、アーティストはいま」にて展示される。この展覧会は、２０２１年に予定されている、４つの芸術祭の先陣を切って開幕する「房総里山芸術祭 いちはらアート×ミックス2020＋」と連動して企画されたものである。
